1)phone AIMA, ask about hedge fund legal requirements + licenses, anyone ever start a hedge fund without a license? Has anyone registered with IIROC/BCSC without a license if their partner has one? Find a way.
2)phone IIROC, pretend I am applying for a license, say I have CFA+asset management experience and Id like to register my fund... ask for information
