design/figure out the future society --> which businesses are niche in a society therefore these businesses have intrinsic value and can be run by an idiot because it is niche and has intrinsic value --> valuate each of these businesses --> watch market until these businesses reach a good price --> focus invest in them
my website can work on that idea, such as a list of niche businesses, and valuation of each based on senior research analyst methods
-learn about holding company (license?)
